What we collect
We process account details, workspace content, agent instructions, files, conversation history, integration metadata, usage records, and support communications needed to provide ATLR.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate users, run requested agents and tools, store workspace knowledge, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
AI providers and integrations
When you run an agent, relevant prompts, files, and tool inputs may be sent to the AI or integration providers configured for that workflow. Connected accounts remain scoped to the permissions you approve. Provider processing is also governed by their terms.
Storage and retention
Workspace records are stored in Supabase, operational coordination data is stored in Redis, and application workloads run on our hosting providers. We retain data while your account is active and for the periods needed for security, billing, backups, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can export your account data or request deletion from Settings. Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
